Hi there girls,  ♥️ 😊 Lately, I’ve been really unhappy with my body. 😢 There was a time when I was 9 stone (around 57 kg / 126 lbs) and had a super active job staying slim felt effortless. But since moving into a desk job , the weight has slowly crept on. At first, I told myself I could just walk it off… but honestly? It’s not working anymore. Tonight, I faced the truth — I currently weigh 12 nearly 13 stone (around 71 kg / 157 lbs) 😞 That’s quite a jump from my goal of 9 stone (≈57 kg / 126 lbs), and it’s clear I need a real plan. I’ve known for a while that the time has come to make a real change. So starting tomorrow, I’m beginning my new diet and exercise plan. Out with no breakfast , quick microwave burgers, sugary cakes and fizzy drinks … and in with whatever ChatGPT tells me to eat instead.  Apparently, she’s my master now 😀 so wish me luck! 💖 Do you think I can do it?
