♥️ How I started to crossdress💄👗👠
I’ve always loved my feminine side ever since Sarah showed me how to be a girl
Sarah Is a friend of mine who after too much cheap cider when we were teenagers suggested I try on some of her clothes then some makeup before I knew it Sarah had feminised me
I never looked back I was officially a crossdresser and from then on she never looked at me as anything other than a female friend.
🎀 How I feel now 🎀
I can spend hours thinking about how to express my inner woman — planning outfits, exploring makeup looks, or meticulously shaving my legs and applying shea butter to my skin.
Part of that expression was choosing a name. At first, I wanted something close to my male name, so Allie was born.
It felt comfortable and familiar, and I admired all the beautiful, elegant Allies out there.
But eventually, I wanted to share her with the world.
🫂 Sharing My Identity Online 👥
When I first posted photos of myself on Reddit, I expected criticism. Instead, I found a warm, supportive community.
That experience gave me the courage to think bigger: What if I could share my story in a more lasting way?
I may not be the most glamorous girl out there, but I can write. I enjoy creating content, shaping ideas, and using tools that help me express myself.
That’s when I stumbled across something exciting: my Google account for “Allie” already came with a free Blogger site.
No hosting fees. No WordPress struggles. Just a place to begin.
So, Allie started blogging.
✍️ The Struggles of Starting a Blog ,📉📈
Like many beginner bloggers, I posted and posted — but the results were disappointing.
My sitemap barely got indexed, and only one post showed up on Google. I started wondering if I needed a WordPress site after all.
But the thought of plugins, themes, and endless costs didn’t appeal to me. Instead, I decided to do one thing that could make a real difference: register a custom domain.
👥 Choosing a New Identity 👥
If I was going to take blogging seriously, I wanted to give myself the best chance. That meant avoiding cheap domains like .xyz or .cloud. I wanted the clean professionalism of a firstname + lastname .com.
Naturally, I typed in Allie Conoly — but of course, it was already taken. I tried variations like AllieConolyBlogger.com or AllieConolyCrossdresser.com, but they didn’t feel right.
That’s when I realized I’d have to let go of “Allie” as my blogging name.
After searching, I found Aveline Marlowe with an available .com. It felt elegant and fresh, so I registered it, connected it to my Blogger site, and embraced the new identity.
👗 Becoming Aveline Marlowe 👥💄
Later, I discovered that Aveline Marlowe is actually a character in The Wolf Diaries — and a redhead, which l adore.
Would I have chosen that name if I’d known? Maybe not. But in a way, it gives me a backstory I can lean into if I want.
Now, I share my journey as Aveline Marlowe. There are many beautiful, intelligent Avelines out there — and hopefully, I can become one of them too.
✍️ My Final Thoughts ❣️
Rebranding from Allie to Aveline wasn’t just about picking a domain name. It was about embracing change, taking blogging seriously, and giving my feminine side the voice she deserves.
If you’re starting your own crossdressing journey or considering blogging, my advice is simple: don’t be afraid to evolve. Your name, your identity, and your story can grow with you.
What do you think of my new name? Do you like Aveline Marlowe better than Allie Conoly?
🎀 I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments! 🎀
